Cugher technology for an enhanced productivity
Thanks
to the new Cugher systems the idle times have been drastically
reduced: guided learning of the glass’ shape; touch
programming system through recipe menu; motorized automatic
correction of the register; automatic regulation of the
squeegee pressure independently of the glass thickness;
screen cleaning out of the printing table without losing
the register; pneumatic fixing of the nesting plates, without
the use of any tools. Our extensive research has realized
the possibility to allow a complete changeover of the production
in less than 10 minutes and an outstanding productivity.
The achieved level of automation and the ease of the implementation
and supervision of the printing processes require less skilled
personnel, which has favorable economic and organizational
impacts.
We have developed four series of printing machines, with
different levels of automation, able to meet every need.
The G Series, with external centering system
and the J Series for big formats, with
centering directly on the printing table.
The LS
series offers a versatile printing solution, suitable
for small and medium production runs, with semi-automatic
management of the loading and unloading, to print up to
400 glass/h with dimensions up to 1300x700 mm.
The small Canguro is perfect for the craftsman,
providing an economic and versatile solution, to print on
flat or round surface with a machine which is extremely
stable and easy to use.
All the industrial silk screen printing machines can be
integrated in line with Dryers for ink curing, with UV or
IR technology and a chiller unit, ensuring the maximum production
speed. |
The
new Cugher silk screen printing machines love printing your
glasses, symmetrical or asymmetrical, single and double,
with standard dimensions up to 2500x4000 mm and thickness
varying from 1,6 up to 10 mm. We have achieved record per
formances with cycle up to 620 pieces/hour and print repeatability
precision above than +- 0,08 mm.
The Series G printing machines perform
the transport of the glasses by means of a shuttle with
an independent cross shaped holders and the centering out
of the printing table. This solution guarantees the maximum
speed of the printing process for glasses with small and
medium dimensions.
The Series J provides transport by means
of a flat belt conveyor designed for glasses with medium
and large dimensions as well as for glasses with holes. |
